Property Description
Villa Olimpia is located a few metres by walk from the center and is surrounded by a large garden, well mantained, which include a beautiful swimming-pool of about 60 sq.m.
The structure is composed of three levels: on the ground floor there are two lounges divided by a elegant chimney and decorated tastily. In one of these lounges there is a internet point and a “chill out” one, while in the other one there is a spacious dining table; on the same level there’s also a kitchen totally equipped and a service toilet and a double-room with private bath.
On the first floor there are three rooms, one double and the other two with two single beds, each one with its own bathroom. Two of the bathrooms are provided with showers and another one with jacuzzi. On the top floor there is a double-room with a shower-bath.
Other feautures that make of this villa an exclusive one without doubt, are the pool table, wi-fi zone and pc, a kitchen placed outside the garden with BBQ (Barbecue), Pizza wood oven, housekeeper (3 hours per day) and it’s strategic position which allows to reach easily the holiday resorts of the likes of Marina del Cantone (Beaches), Nerano, Sorrento, Positano, Ravello and Amalfi.

The extra payment at the Villa are possible only by Cash Money in Euro upon arrival day

Cleaning Fee: 300,00/W EUR
Consumption Heating Fee: 100,00/W EUR
Cot (On Demand): 50,00/W EUR
Security Deposit: 500,00 EUR (Refundable upon departure, less any deduction for any damage caused to the Property)
