Villa Aldo is situated in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a tourist resort famous for the salubrious air and for the excellent position. Sant’Agata is located between Sorrento and Positano. The villa is surrounded by 1.500 sq mt of garden where you have a barbecue (bbq), having a private pool, solarium equipped with deck chairs and sun beds.
The property also has parking facilities and external swimming pool. Within about 1,5 km distance you have the village centre were you find Bars, Banks, Shops and Restaurants (amongst which the famous “Don Alfonso” one of the most renowned in Europe).
The villa is about 240 sqm and is composed of two levels:
The ground floor is composed of large living room with terrace, one double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and full kitchen.
The first floor is composed of large double bedroom, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi shower and bath, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with single bed (max sleeps 10+1).
