At the ground floor there are: entrance, 5 bedroom with 5 bathrooms, livingroom with fireplace, lunch and dinner area, relax zone, study zone (with dial tone internet acces), Tv set (Sat, LCD screen and home theatre sound system, dvd player, cd player) separete kichen (oven, freezer, wash machine, microwave, tea and coffee machine) big terrace with the swimming pool view; In front of the Villa there is a wood porch for the lunche and dinner time at the free air.
Originally a hunting lodge for Italian princes, this fantastic villa has been transformed into a splendid palace. Villa Marta is surrounded by greenery, vineyards and woods, yet is merely 15 minutes from the Duomo in Florence. With a huge swimming pool (25X12), a private tennis court, and all the modern conveniences it this is the perfect place for executives to have a family holiday while they conduct their business from abroad!.
Villa Marta is one of the few magnificent luxury villas that can rented in two tipology: Medium Staff (B&B) or Full Staff (Full Board) both included Continental Breakfast, Daily Maid service to clean the rooms, change of Bed-linens and Towels every 3 days (mid week); does not require Saturday to Saturday stays and can be rented for 3 nights or more.
