Casa Mariandre A independent house/villa can accommodate up to 6 people on a surface of 90 square meters and 150 square meters of oudoor terrace/solarium with shower and sunbeds.
The house is composed of two double bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed or on request 2 single beds, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with oven, micowave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, table and chairs; one bathroom with shower and bidet and a large terrace overlooking a garden of lemon and orange trees equipped with shower, sunbeds, deckchairs, table, chairs and a relaxing lounge of our guests for the duration of the stay.
For a relaxing and comfortable stay in a quiet and residential area surrounded by greenery, you will be far enough away to not hear the noise of the center.

NOTE:
The extra payment at the villa are possible only by Cash Money in Euro upon arrival day
City Tax: 3,00 EUR X Night PP (Per Person – Not applied to children up to 18 years old)
Cleaning Fee: 100,00/W EUR
Late Check-in: 10:00PM – after extra price of 25,00 EUR
Security Deposit: 150,00 EUR (Refundable upon departure, less any deduction for any damage caused to the Property)
