Casa Gracicla is an independent apartment located in a private villa between on beautiful and famous hills of Chianti, Barberino Val D’elsa area.
The apartment is large approx size 100 sqm; it’s situated on the complex with other independent apartments with shared swimming pool, solarium, outside shower, sunbeds, large garden furniture and parking area.
The characteristic and panoramic medieval village of Barberino Val D’Elsa lies about 1 km away; here you can find any kind of shop.
The aparment Casa Gracicla is located on the ground floor and it’s composed of:
a living/dining area room with kitchen side and comfortable sofa, two double bedrooms, a room with single bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoor is furnished of garden furniture and relax point and shared pool/solarium.
Casa Gracicla apartment is furnished also of air conditioning/heating (the price depend from your consumption), washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi Zone and Sat TV and outside relax garden point for our guest.

The extra payment at the apartment are possible only by Cash Money in Euro upon arrival day

Cleaning Fee: 100,00/W EUR
Consumption Air Conditioned/Heated: 0,40 EUR KW/HOUR
Security Deposit: 200,00 EUR (Refundable upon departure, less any deduction for any damage caused to the Property)
