Casa Caplu

Casa Caplu is a cosy apartment, large size approx 60 sqm, composed of one (1) double bedroom with king bed, a living area room with kitchenette well equipped and dining area, a two (2) double sofa beds with king bed and two (2) bathrooms with shower.
Guests also have access to a magnificent terrace on two levels of large over 50 sqm.
The apartment, located in a residential block, has been recently renovated with the intention to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
All the rooms are very luminous and have bright colors and the windows are double glazed and, thanks to thick walls, the temperature remains naturally pleasant and quiet environment quiet; the furnishings, kept in it’s simplicity, emphasizes the Italian craftsmanship, with the floors made of tiles porcelain and wooden furniture; the walls, rigorously white, have nice paintings.
The apartment is equipped with telephone, color TV Set, kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Casa Caplu is centrally located within walking distance from St. Peter’s square and the Vatican city, the most important monuments and the major art galleries and museums of Rome.
